STEP 1. Choose the Course and submit the documents

The International Swiss School does everything possible to make the Admission Process as easy as possible for our international students! Follow the simple steps or contact us if you need any help to get admitted! In order to get admitted to the course of your choice, you shall fill out the online application form on the website of the International Swiss School or send us your documents via email.

The documents required:

1. Passport (or any other ID document available);
2.  School Certificate;
3. Bachelor’s Degree with transcript ( for Master’s);
4. Filled Application Form;
5.  IELTS or TOEFL Certificate 6.0.

Kindly note that as part of our admission process, we will arrange an interview with you.

STEP 2. Receive the Admission Letter.

Upon evaluation of your documents and application interview, we will provide you with the Admission Letter and the Invoice according to the program you would like to study.

STEP 3. Cover the tuition fees.

Once you obtain the Admission letter, it is necessary to cover the tuition fee according to the Invoice provided by the university. Please note that once the payment is received, we will be able to begin the process of issuing all supporting documents for the visa application process.

STEP 4. Receive the Invitation letter and begin the visa application process.

After receiving the Invitation letter, it is necessary for the student to collect the package of documents for the visa application process. We will assist and guide you through the whole process and make sure that it will be as smooth and as easy as possible.
Please note that the list of required documents and the Visa process may vary depending on the country of the student’s origin!

STEP 5. Obtain the visa and arrive in Switzerland

Please remember to send us the tickets at least 5 working days before your arrival, so our representative can meet you at the airport and accompany you to your accommodation and to the university. As soon as you arrive in Switzerland, we will help you to finish the Admission Process in 1-3 working days, and you can start your classes immediately.
