After receiving your visa and booking a flight to Switzerland, you shall notify and provide us with information on your flight and arrival details at least 5 days before landing in Switzerland.

As soon as you exit the arrival gates at Zurich Airport (ZRH), you will be greeted by one of our friendly school representatives. They will be easily recognizable, holding a sign with your name and the International Swiss School logo. We actively monitor your flight status to accommodate any delays or changes in schedule. Our goal is to make sure that no student ever feels lost or alone in a foreign airport. Your first interaction in Switzerland will be a reassuring smile and a warm welcome from someone who is there solely for you. Private Transportation to Your New Home

After meeting you at the airport, we’ll assist you with your luggage and guide you to a comfortable, private vehicle arranged by the school. On the way, we’ll share helpful tips about Zurich, student life, and even point out key landmarks. Support Upon Arrival at Your Accommodation

Once you arrive at your accommodation, our representative will continue to assist you. They’ll help you carry your bags inside, guide you through any check-in procedures, and make sure everything is in order. You won’t be left to figure things out on your own. We’ll provide a welcome pack filled with essential information, including a city map, public transportation guide, emergency contact numbers, and practical advice for your first days. If you need a SIM card or directions to a grocery store, we’ve got that covered, too. Our goal is to help you feel settled from day one, not just physically, but emotionally as well.

Orientation and Ongoing Assistance

In the days following your arrival, you’ll be invited to finish your admission process and participate in our orientation program.
